One thing you can find in the province of Québec and you can't find in the States is Crêpes Bretonnes. This culinary wonder is actually a giant paper thin crêpe stuffed with either a savory or sweet filling. Of course you eat it covered with real maple syrup, it is delicious and very unusual. We took our friends to a "Crêperie" and they really enjoyed the food and the experience.

Eating their first "Crêpes Bretonnes"! One crêpe is enough for two people, although David said that he could have eaten one by himself ;).
